Important customer information
We ship to the UK and Europe and the Rest of the world.
SME Fertility understand the difficulty in ordering a product based on a picture and description. If you do have any questions about any of our home tests or require any additional information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help you.
These terms will not affect your statutory rights.
We always aim to have all our products in stock at all times. You will be notified by email when you place an order if there are any delays or products that are out of stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All of our outer packaging is discreet brown or white envelopes, grey postal bags or boxes with no company advertising or logos.
If there is an item missing from your order or the item you receive is damaged or defective then we will send you a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not available then we will refund your purchase in full.
If you do receive faulty or incorrect goods then please hold onto them as we may require you to return them to us. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your payment in full and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalized pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs).
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to cover our fees and expenses from you by only refunding the price less the cost of postage.
7 Day Cooling-off Period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the item being delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund you in full, provided the item is still in its original condition. We will not refund your costs of returning the item to us. As the items we sell have expiry dates, we will need to receive the goods back within 30 days of receipt. We advise that you use a fully insured posting method when returning the item to us.
We at Home SME Fertility are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. As a customer your privacy is very important to us and we will NOT pass your details on to anyone else.
Once you have placed an order with us, your name and e-mail address will be added to our customer file. As a customer we may e-mail you from time to time to give you details of new products or to warn you the test you purchased from us is close to its expiry date. If you do not wish to receive any more e-mails from us, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
Phone number - if you provided it
Credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may in the future use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
