Thank you for choosing SME Fertility Ltd. We value your custom therefore we would like to reward you with our Loyalty Reward Points.

For every £1 you spend with us you will earn 1 SME Fertility Loyalty Point. Each SME Fertility Loyalty Point has the value of £0.05 and can then be redeemed against your next order, or saved up to be used against future orders. You do not have to collect a minimum amount of points before you can redeem them and points are valid for 18 months from the date they were awarded. Reward Points are not awarded for postage and packaging charges.

Loyalty Reward Points Terms & Conditions

1) Each £1.00 spent will earn 1 SME Fertility Loyalty Reward Point (excluding p&p)
2) Each Loyalty Reward point has a value of £0.05
3) No cash alternative is available
4) Returns & Refunds will result in your Reward Points being debited
5) Loyalty Points are vaild for 18 months
6) Expired Loyalty Points will not be reinstated, so please ensure you use them
7) You must create an account in order to start collecting reward points
8) To use stored SME Fertility Loyalty Reward Points you must first log into your account (before checking out!)

Loyalty Reward Balance

To view your Loyalty Reward Points balance you must log into your account. You will be advised as to how many points you have been awarded when you checkout and also in your confirmation email.

To use your Loyalty Reward Points simply click on the box next to 'Use' Points and click 'Update Basket'  The discount from your Loyalty Reward Points will then be applied to your order.
