Delivery Information
All orders are despatched in plain white jiffy bags with no markings to suggest what the contents may be. Although all our mail is franked we do not include our company logo on our franking labels. We value your privacy as much as you do.
We offer a flat fee delivery charge of £1.99 on all Mainland UK orders regardless of size and weight. An email will be sent notifying you of despatch. Orders that are considered high value or which contain heavy items are sent via Recorded Delivery. The parcel must be signed for at time of delivery, if no person is available to sign the parcel will be taken back to a local depot and a card will be left stating that delivery was attempted. You will then be required to rearrange delivery. Shipping to countries outside of the mainland UK will incur an extra delivery charge which will be dependant on the delivery country.

Please note although we ship all our order via first class post, this does not guarantee next day delivery. Royal mail requires 21 working days to confirm that a parcel is lost so in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived after this time please contact us.
